Cancellation Policy

Due to the high demand for services and the time-sensitive needs of our patients, our office requires deposits for all consultation, surgery, and endodontic treatment appointments.

Our Cancellation Policy

We require the following appointment deposits:

$200 Deposit for Consultation Appointments

$200 Deposit for Surgery & Endodontic Treatment Appointments

A deposit is required at the time an appointment is booked. Appointment times cannot be scheduled or held without a deposit.

The deposit will go towards all services rendered during your scheduled visit. However, the deposit amount will be forfeited and is non-refundable if: 

  • You miss your appointment entirely with no prior notice 
  • You cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice

If you reschedule the appointment with less than 24 hours notice, A $50 fee will apply, and the remainder of the deposit amount will be transferred to your new appointment time. If an appointment is rescheduled three (3) times with less than 24 hours notice, in addition to the fee, the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to reschedule the existing appointment.

If you cannot keep your scheduled appointment, please alert our office via call, text, or email as soon as possible.

Endodontic appointments are very valuable, and there are many patients in urgent need of endodontic care. In an effort to provide care as best we can, we have adopted this policy to create accountability in keeping our schedule up to date to serve all of our patients to the best of our ability.
