We offer consultations to evaluate and recommend treatment for new patient concerns. If you have recent imaging (CT or Xray) related to the affected area, you can opt for a virtual consultation. If you do not have recent imaging, come into the office for a consultation and CBCT scan.
In-Office Consultation
Schedule an in-office consultation if you need imaging and/or if you prefer to have your consultation in person.

Virtual Consultation
Schedule a virtual consultation if you have imaging and would like to conduct the consultation via teleconference.
Appointment Cost: $350
